The Health Workers Union aims to negotiate improvements to your pay and working conditions during the upcoming bargaining process for the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement. This agreement outlines your pay rates and various workplace rights and obligations.​

Consider whether your concerns are appropriately considered, whether communication with senior management is timely and respectful, and whether the work you do is properly valued.

Consider whether occupational health and safety is taken seriously, whether workload is managed fairly, whether bullying and harassment are addressed appropriately, and whether staff are treated with respect and dignity.

Consider whether you can complete your work within your paid hours, take your breaks, and maintain a sustainable pace over time.

Do you think your current Annual Leave Entitlements are fair?

What improvements to compassionate leave are important to you?
Compassionate leave is currently available when a close family member dies or suffers a life-threatening illness or injury. It is typically two days of paid leave per occasion.
